Introduction of Houdini by Side Effects Software. An overview of how Houdini was used in the making of Stealth (2005), along with some comments about Houdini in The Day After Tomorrow (2004), The Time Machine (2003), X-Men? (2000), and O Brother Where Art Thou (2000).

Vizy is short for “Visual” and Acky is short for “Academy.” Located in beautiful Addison Circle, Vizy Acky offers instruction for methods and techniques used in the feature film and commercial computer graphics visual effects industry. At the beginning all classes will be taught by Garman Herigstad teaching industry-oriented classes featuring Side Effects Software’s Houdini and the Linux work environment.
