Garman has worked in the computer graphics industry for 22 years. Starting in Cincinnati, Ohio, he has worked in the Far East, Los Angeles, and now Dallas. He has an impressive slate of feature film credits, including his work at Digital Domain, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and DNA. He has been a faculty member of Savannah College of Art and Design, consluted for Side Effects Software (creating the one-week TD-level Houdini “Boot Camp”), and released a Gnomon Workshop DVD, Houdini 101: Interface and Workflow.
